Refills and Supplies

You never want to run out of your pet’s treatments, especially if it is critical to their health. Most treatments for exotic pets are compounded, whether through our online supplier or in-house by our veterinary team to ensure quality control, proper concentration, and correct dosages. Most exotic pet treatments fall under the Extra Label Drug Use category since there are only a handful of treatments approved for them. Please remember to follow the instructions by our doctors, staff, and the manufacturer when administering treatments to your pet.

For your convenience, you can request refills via our app. We also accept refill requests via the online form below or by phone.  When your refill request is approved by our medical team and ready for pickup, we will notify you via email, text or phone call. We will inform you of the total cost which you can pay here.

We also offer home delivery from our clinic via USPS Priority Mail with a S&H fee of $11 (packages over 6 ounces incur additional fees) which can take up to 5-7 business days. For faster delivery, USPS Priority Mail Express is $35 (packages over 6 ounces incur additional fees) and takes 1-3 business days. Overnight shipment is $80. Larger, refrigerated or frozen items incur additional fees.

Please note there is a 48-hour turnaround time to fulfill a refill request. Refills under 24 hours will be assessed a $20 Urgent fee.

We have our own online store that supplies products from the same suppliers we purchase from (eliminating risk of counterfeit or poorly stored items) for our clients that want the convenience of home delivery. There you can find many of your pet's necessary treatments as well as popular brands and items not stocked in our clinic. Outsourcing Policy

Our policy is to not deal directly with third party providers.  There is too much liability, risk of counterfeit medications, and staff time involved.  Our policy is to provide a written Drs order upon request so that the client can purchase their treatments wherever they see fit. The client must pick up the written Drs order from our clinic during business hours.

The cost of a written Drs order is $18 for a single item, and $15 for each additional item if you want to outsource your items. We cannot take responsibility for items not provided through our clinic.

Please note that a third party provider is not automatically less expensive.  We make an effort to make important treatments and preventatives as affordable as possible to purchase from our clinic so that we can provide convenience and quality products for our patients.

Patients must be a current client and have been evaluated here within 3-6 months.
