Most treatments for exotic pets are compounded, whether through our online supplier or in-house by our veterinary team to ensure quality control, proper concentration, and correct dosages. Please remember to follow the instructions by our doctors, staff, and the manufacturer when administering treatments to your pet.

  • Your pet must be an active patient and seen within the last 3–6 months to request refills.
  • You can request refills through our Digitail app, via our online form below, or by phone.
  • Standard refill requests take 24-48 hours.
  • Most products can be shipped starting at $14.00.
  • We do not work directly with third-party providers. Third-party options are not always cheaper—we aim to keep our prices fair.
