Here is what you can expect for your turtle/tortoise’s routine visits in their first year and the years thereafter.

  • 1st visit – Physical exam, fecal analysis, CBC (Complete Blood Count)
  • 6-month exam: Physical exam, fecal analysis
  • Annual exam: Physical exam, fecal analysis, CBC/Chemistries
  • Senior exam: Physical exam, fecal analysis, CBC/Chemistries, radiographs, and ultrasound

It is essential that you keep your turtle or tortoise warm before you bring them in to see us for treatment. We need to see your pet as soon as possible if they are having any problems.
